Anyone can sign the GFL Charter - whether you're an individual, business, school organisation or community group! By adding your signature, you agree to support our vision for a more healthy, sustainable and equitable Lewisham and to commit to at least one of our Good Food Pledges!
The London Living Wage - currently set at £10.55/hour - is a large part of making Lewisham a more equitable place. Lewisham Council was one of the first UK authorities to become LLW accredited, and encourages other businesses to do the same by offering business rate reductions!
We have a Good Food Pledge for everyone - whether you're a business just starting out or an individual who wants to be more involved in local food. They range in scale from national campaigns to local initiatives and can include practices that you're already doing! Most pledges do not require a monetary commitment! And no matter which one you choose, GFL is here to support you achieving it!
Lewisham offers lots of opportunities to volunteer! From food growing to community centres, there is an opportunity for you, your family, friend group or business to give back to your community.
HCC is a voluntary scheme supported by the Mayor of London to help caterers and food businesses make simple and affordable changes to the food they sell, to make it healthier for you!
